Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. Valid for products purchased from Beans About Coffee.

This policy forms part our Terms and Conditions and words defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning in this policy unless the context indicates otherwise. If you are to send your order back within 7 days, unused – you will receive your refund in full.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
